Vypr’s Finance Assistant role, based in the North West, involves managing sales, purchase, and general ledgers, supporting month-end accounts, and preparing reports, with a focus on process improvements and team collaboration.

Things that you will do

  • Managing the Sales Ledger (processing and sending sales invoices, daily credit control, monthly statements and reconciling all sales receipts)
  • Managing the Purchase Ledger (purchase invoices, payments and expenses)
  • Managing General Ledger (bank reconciliations, journals, asset register)
  • Helping the Head of Finance with preparation of month end accounts
  • Preparing weekly reports

What you will be responsible for 

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Timely cash collection 
  • Maintain reports to enable distribution to the Execs 
  • Monitoring the purchase order system
