£55,000 – £60,000 GBP plus bonus

Vypr’s Sales Manager is a Manchester-based hybrid role focused on leading and developing our SDR and BDE teams while driving new business revenue through our product intelligence platform.

The newly created Sales Manager role will be integral to the development and support of newer sales team members while assisting the overall UK sales function and driving the continued performance.

Things that you will do 

Management: 

  • Manages and develops a high-performing team of SDR’s and BDEs
  • Enhance BDE and SDRs sales performance and support on sales calls
  • Drive progression plan and champion internal promotion
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track sales performance against targets.
  • Identifying and recruitment of the latest up and coming talent
  • Responsible for regular catch ups and monthly 1-2-1’s  

Sales Strategy Development: 

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the sales organisation. 
  • Drive new sectors and increasing the Vypr footprint in different unexplored areas

Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to SDR and BDE members including assistance with prospecting, objection handling, discovery calls, presenting and proposal writing.
  • Overall responsibility for new sales team member onboarding. 

Collaboration:

  • Work with new international team to develop appropriate outreach in new territories
  • Liaise with Customer Growth team to understand and target key customers
  • Engagement with wider Vypr management to share best practice and ideas
  • Regular interaction with marketing to discuss lead generation and conversion/follow up

Individual Contribution: 

  • Understanding your sectors and the key selling points for each persona
  • Achieve a minimum sales quota of £180,000 pa from new business
  • Meet assigned performance expectations
  • Ensures first-class customer satisfaction, that meets the high standards expected by Vypr
