Our predictive data validation platform enables product owners, manufacturers and retailers to understand what their customers want to see on shelves. This helps reduce the time and costs spent developing new products, which makes for better products, faster.

Our product combines behavioural science with a well-segmented consumer panel, and we have an enviable customer list.

About the role

We are looking to recruit a proven Account Manager or Customer Success Manager to play a key role in realising two of Vypr’s key objectives: retention and growth. The individual will be responsible for expanding business within existing customers, for example a subsidiary company or additional business unit, as well as the day to day account management and renewal of their accounts. In this role you will work with clients who have recently signed up to Vypr, in addition to clients who have been with Vypr for a number of years.

What you will do

Responsibilities

  • Managing the account portfolio throughout the contract life-cycle from on-boarding to renewal
  • Achieving revenue growth across accounts by embedding and expanding customer usage
  • Creating new growth opportunities within parent/subsidiary companies
  • Create and execute account growth plans, including P&L responsibility
  • Develop customer relationships to ensure Vypr plays a pivotal role in their insight mix and that Vypr remains Front of Mind
  • Working with customers to establish their KPIs and ensuring Vypr positively impacts on these
  • Upsell relevant additional features of Vypr to clients throughout the course of their annual licence
  • Running customer Quarterly Business Reviews to demonstrate success and determine growth opportunities
  • Prepare and agree renewal contracts (support will be given from the Compliance Manager)
  • Meeting assigned targets for NRR, growth revenue margin and value
  • Delivering exceptional account management experience

Background

  • At least 2 years’ experience in an account management role
  • Ideally in data insights/research SaaS and CPG
  • Proven high sales/renewal performer
  • Is confident, enthusiastic and hard-working

What you will be responsible for  

This role contributes to our ‘Customer’ pillar within our Visions, Objectives & Strategies. This involves making Vypr ‘Easy to Love and Hard to Leave’. Deliverables include: 

  • Net Revenue Retention of 112% by renewing customers with growth and executing upselling opportunities throughout customers’ licences, including international expansion
  • Generating leads to expand Vypr within our current customers and into their parent and subsidiary businesses 
  • Moving customers to multi-year deals 
  • Creating case studies with customers 
  • Running customer Quarterly Business Reviews to demonstrate success and identifying growth opportunities 
  • NPS >50
