A role focused on building Vypr’s in-house digital marketing function from scratch, executing SEO and PPC strategies, conducting keyword research, and creating content that converts to drive organic traffic growth and improve conversion rates across international markets.

Our market-leading product intelligence platform provides reliable consumer data to help manufacturers and retailers understand what their customers want to see on shelves. The role
We’re bringing our digital marketing in-house and need someone brilliant to make it happen. As our Digital Marketing Executive you’ll contribute to and execute the SEO, PPC, content, and keyword strategy whilst we expand internationally. No more agencies, this is your chance to build something from scratch and show what you can do.
What you’ll do?
SEO that gets results
- Run SEO audits and fix the technical stuff that actually matters
- Optimise content, meta tags, and site structure to climb the rankings
- Complete regular web-based competitor analysis to inform strategies
- Build links that boost our domain authority (no dodgy tactics)
- Track keyword positions and use for opp scoring, KD%, SERP features
- Work with developers to implement changes that stick
- Stay ahead of Google’s algorithm updates (yes, all of them)
PPC that pays off
- Build and manage Google Ads campaigns that convert visitors into leads
- Run targeted LinkedIn and social campaigns for B2B audiences
- A/B test everything – ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies
- Monitor daily performance and adjust budgets on the fly
- Create negative keyword lists that save money
- Report monthly results with clear recommendations for improvement
Keyword research that counts
- Find the keywords our competitors missed
- Map keyword strategies to actual customer journeys
- Build comprehensive keyword databases by product and region
- Spot content opportunities that drive traffic
- Work with the Vypr teams creating content to ensure keywords align with company goals
Content that converts
- Create blog posts, and landing pages that rank and convert
- Turn complex research topics into engaging content
- Optimise existing content for better performance
- Plan content calendars that support business goals
- Write ad copy that gets clicks and conversions
- Analyse what works and bin what doesn’t
Analytics that matter
- Set up proper tracking (GA4, SEMRush)
- Create dashboards that show real business impact
- Provide insights that lead to better decisions
- Track metrics that actually matter: traffic, leads, ROI
- Research competitors and market trends regularly
What you will be responsible for?
- SEO strategy execution across the business
- Optimising Vypr’s online performance across paid channels
- Optimising and creating online content that drives conversion
- Performance monitoring and reporting back to the marketing team and wider business
What do you need?
Must-haves
- 2-4 years proving you can do digital marketing, not just talk about it
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Analytics, and Search Console
- Confident with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz)
- Can interpret data and turn it into action
- Excellent writing skills, you’ll be creating content regularly
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and CMS experience
- Google Ads certified (or willing to get certified quickly)
Bonus points for
- B2B tech or research industry experience
- International SEO and multi-market campaign knowledge
- Conversion rate optimisation experience
- Social media advertising skills (LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience transitioning from agency to in-house teams
