Location
Hybrid working.
Must travel to Manchester at least once a month. Ideally North-West based but experience is more important.

£50k – £70k depending on experience

We’re on the lookout for a Panel Operations Lead to help shape the future of consumer insight at Vypr. In this role, you’ll play a key part in expanding and managing our global panels, ensuring high-quality data that powers better, faster product decisions for retailers and manufacturers. You’ll build strong supplier relationships, deliver actionable insights, and support the growth of a scale-up business that’s reimagining product intelligence with the latest technology.

Vypr is a Manchester HQ’d Private Equity/Venture Capital backed SaaS business. Our market-leading product intelligence platform provides reliable consumer data to help manufacturers and retailers understand what their customers want to see on shelves. This helps reduce the time and cost spent developing new products, which makes for better products, faster.

The Panel Operations team is responsible for panel management and data quality of our UK proprietary panel, and for the sourcing and management of our partners’ global proprietary panels in over 20 markets.
Things that you will do
International Panels & Supplier Management
- Assess the financial viability and technical feasibility of sample suppliers and businesses with Panel memberships, to increase Vypr’s global footprint
- Develop relationships with all suppliers, running POCs and developing into ongoing relationships where viable
- Lead on the build, roll out and ongoing maintenance of international samples
- Optimise sample design for specific markets, ensuring they reflect the population composition and meet customer needs
- Evaluate the quality credentials of all suppliers ensure that we only work with those who hold our high standards
Report & Communicate effectively
- Update and maintain panel KPI reports and reporting dashboards, and support the implementation of quality improvement plans to achieve or exceed target
What you will be responsible for
Key supplier relationship and on-going panel effectiveness in specific markets
Managing 3rd party tools costs within budget
Contributing to the long term Panel Operations strategy
What you will be good at
- You will be a data savvy, inquisitive thinker who can own and deliver allocated strategic initiatives, maximising operational efficiency
- Being a good, clear and inspirational communicator (both written and verbal) is also key, as is being able to effectively ‘tell a compelling story’ internally and in customer facing support opportunities
- Highly skilled using Excel (or other analysis tool)with advanced formulas and pivot tables, and confident building slides and presenting in PowerPoint
- Ability to analyse consumer behaviour to spot trends and identify patterns
