Vypr’s Associate Community Executive is a Manchester-based hybrid role focused on analyzing and maintaining the quality of the company’s consumer research community to ensure reliable data collection through their product intelligence platform.

Vypr is a Manchester HQ’d Private Equity/Venture Capital backed SaaS business. Our market-leading product intelligence platform provides reliable consumer data to help manufacturers and retailers understand what their customers want to see on shelves. This helps reduce the time and cost spent developing new products, which makes for better products, faster.

Vypr want to be renowned for providing reliable data. We believe that this can be achieved by having behavioural Science led research and a ‘healthy’ proprietary Community (i.e. the participants who answer Vypr questions). The role of the Associate Community Executive is to support the Head of Community to achieve a ‘healthy’ Community by ensuring it is fully representative of all required demographics, who respond to research questions with integrity and candour and are fully engaged with the Vypr app.
Things that you will do
Provide numerical analysis to make help the Community team to make evidence-decisions, that will help us achieve the Community Strategy. You will do this by
Conduct quality analysis of consumer usage and report on your findings, These checks include:
Suspicious consumer responses
- Support the wider business by approving video steers
- Manage the consumer inbox, responding appropriately to queries
- Monitor app store reviews
- Manage the representativeness of our panels, ensuring that all markets have a balanced sample
- Monitor steer close times in line with customer expectations
(Full training will be provided to undertake these tasks)
What you will be responsible for
- Carrying out reoccurring and one-off analysis methodically, working with accuracy and integrity
- Reporting your findings and making recommendations to the Head of Community
What you are good at
- Highly proficient at MS Excel
- You will have an analytical mind and enjoy interrogating numbers to find causal effects
- You will be a self-starter and starter-finisher, possessing the ability to manage your own workload and complete tasks on time.
- As an effective communicator you can share and explain the implications of your findings to the wider team
