Content Executive

We’re looking for a Content Executive to join our fast-growing team at Vypr.

Vypr is a Manchester HQ’d Private Equity/Venture Capital backed SaaS business. Our market-leading product intelligence platform provides reliable consumer data to help manufacturers and retailers understand what their customers want to see on shelves. This helps reduce the time and cost spent developing new products, which makes for better products, faster.

You’ll work in a high-performing and agile marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Manager and collaborating closely with both the Customer Marketing Executive and wider GTM teams to create compelling content that drives engagement across all stages of the customer journey.

Things that you will do

Create and edit high-quality content across multiple formats, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, and website copy

Develop compelling product-focused content that showcases our platform’s capabilities and customer success stories

Write and optimise SEO-friendly content to improve organic search visibility and drive website traffic

Manage the company blog, including content calendar planning, writing, editing, and publishing

Create social media content and manage posting schedules across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms

Develop sales enablement materials, including product sheets, presentations, and battle cards

Write and edit customer communications, including newsletters, product updates, and announcement emails

Support the creation of video scripts, webinar content, and podcast materials

Collaborate with subject matter experts to create thought leadership content

Ensure all content maintains consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity

Conduct content audits and refresh existing materials to maintain relevance and accuracy

Research industry trends and competitor content to identify opportunities and gaps

What you will be responsible for

Maintaining and executing the content calendar across all marketing channels

Ensuring consistent quality and brand voice across all content outputs

Meeting content production deadlines and managing multiple projects
simultaneously

Tracking content performance metrics and providing regular reports on engagement and conversion

Building and maintaining a content library and asset management system

Supporting lead generation and nurture campaigns through strategic content creation

Contributing to SEO strategy through keyword research and content optimisation

What you will be good at

Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences

Strong understanding of B2B content marketing best practices and buyer journey mapping

Experience with SEO principles and content optimisation techniques

Proficiency in content management systems (WordPress or similar)

Working knowledge of marketing automation and email marketing platforms 

Basic understanding of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for simple content creation 

Strong research skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible content 

Excellent project management and organisational skills 

Data-driven approach to content creation with focus on measurable outcomes

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work with stakeholders across the business

Creative thinking and storytelling abilities

Attention to detail and commitment to quality
