The Customer Growth Team at Vypr is dedicated to driving exceptional client success through strategic account management and innovative growth solutions. Our team focuses on retention and expansion, ensuring clients realise maximum value from Vypr’s market-leading product intelligence platform.
We build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, leverage insights to uncover new opportunities, and coach our team to deliver unparalleled customer experiences and drive revenue growth across diverse sectors. We’re looking for someone to be part of a dynamic, results-oriented team committed to client satisfaction and business excellence.
Things that you will do
- Managing the account portfolio throughout the contract life-cycle from onboarding to renewal
- Achieving revenue growth across accounts by embedding and expanding customer usage
- Creating new growth opportunities within parent/subsidiary companies
- Create and execute account growth plans, including P&L responsibility
- Develop customer relationships to ensure Vypr plays a pivotal role in their insight mix and that Vypr remains Front of Mind
- Working with customers to establish their KPIs and ensuring Vypr positively impacts on these
- Upsell relevant additional features of Vypr to clients throughout the course of their annual licence
- Prepare and agree renewal contracts (support will be given from the Compliance Manager)
- Training customers on the Vypr platform
- Working with customers to solve their business problems / enable them to generate required insights through Vypr
- Delivering exceptional account management experience
What you will be responsible for
This role contributes to our ‘Customer’ pillar within our Visions, Objectives & Strategies. This involves making Vypr ‘Easy to Love and Hard to Leave’. Deliverables include:
- Net Revenue Retention of 107% by renewing customers with growth and executing upselling opportunities throughout customers’ licences
- Generating leads to expand Vypr within our current customers and into their parent and subsidiary businesses
- Moving customers to multi-year deals
- Creating case studies with customers
- Running customer Quarterly Business Reviews to demonstrate success and identifying growth opportunities
