A hybrid role focused on driving acquisition marketing activity in the UK market, establishing lead volumes and pipeline through automated workflows, and optimizing funnel metrics to support new business revenue growth for Vypr’s product intelligence platform.

Vypr is seeking a talented Demand Generation Specialist to join our marketing team. This critical role will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and involves a close working relationship with other colleagues within the UK sales team, demand generation function and wider marketing team.

Things that you will do 

Responsible for acquisition marketing activity in the UK market. Establishing and increasing lead volumes and gross pipeline, which translates to new business revenue. 

Improve the capacity, performance, and efficiency of the marketing function with UK demand generation experience.  

Work closely with internal and stakeholders across the commercial functions. 

Operationally own and drive the UK acquisition marketing strategy to support new business growth.  

Responsibility of implementing and optimising automated sequences / workflows to drive a material increase in overall lead volumes and pipeline. 

Ensure that the UK commercial team are working with the most relevant content, that achieves cut-through and face-off to the content hub. 

Strive to improve all funnel metrics through ongoing performance enhancements, A/B testing etc. 

Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and marketing team to analyse spend and review channel optimisation via rate of return.  

Provide MI and reporting data / dashboarding to management on an ongoing basis.  

Support commercial leadership with sales operations and assists in sales & marketing data integrity (CRM hygiene). 

What you will be responsible for 

The role will be responsible for driving leads into the UK commercial team, as well as improving the overall efficiency of the UK GTM.

What you are good at  

Demonstrable experience in specialising in helping businesses to scale demand generation, ideally within B2B SaaS or related tech verticals. 

Fluent in English. 

Experience of working closely with sales leaders in a partnership approach to drive leads. 

Manages and monitors own marketing spend as part of the wider marketing budget. 

First-class organisational, communication and project management skills. 

Adept at ‘data crunching’ and using data to assist storytelling.  

Expert in CRM (Salesforce) and Sales Engagement (SalesLoft). 

Excellent understanding of HubSpot. Knowledge of Clay.   

Deeply analytical and logical thinker.
