Vypr’s Sales Development Representative, Global Markets is a Manchester-based hybrid role focused on developing international leads and converting them into sales opportunities for our market-leading product intelligence platform that helps manufacturers and retailers understand what customers want on shelves.

Vypr is a Manchester HQ’d Private Equity/Venture Capital backed SaaS business. Our market-leading product intelligence platform provides reliable consumer data to help manufacturers and retailers understand what their customers want to see on shelves. This helps reduce the time and cost spent developing new products, which makes for better products, faster.

Vypr is seeking a talented SDR to join our international team. This critical role will report to the Chief International Officer and involves a close working relationship with other colleagues within the sales development and demand generation functions, as well as with the wider commercial team.

Things that you will do 

Develop international leads and converting them into sales opportunities. Improve the capacity, performance, and efficiency of the international GTM function with.

Work closely with internal and stakeholders across the commercial functions.

Implement automated sequences / workflows to optimise conversion from lead to opportunity.

Support content creation by staying abreast of market knowledge and feeding back on prospect requests.

Strive to improve all funnel metrics through ongoing performance enhancements, A/B testing etc.

Provide personal MI and reporting data / dashboarding to management on an ongoing basis.

Support commercial leadership with sales operations and assists in sales & marketing data integrity (CRM hygiene).

What you will be responsible for 

The role will be responsible for converting international leads into opportunities within the international commercial team, as well as improving the overall efficiency of the international GTM. The nature of this international role means that any candidate will need to be comfortable with a flexible working arrangement and may be available to travel overseas as required (likely at weekends).

What you are good at  

At least 12 months experience within a similar sales development role, ideally within B2B SaaS or related tech verticals.

Fluent in English.

Experience of working closely with demand generation in a partnership approach to optimise conversion.

First-class organisational, communication and project management skills.

Adept at using data to assist storytelling. Expert in CRM (Salesforce) and Sales Engagement (SalesLoft).

International experience preferred i.e. prospecting in Australia and / or USA Flexible and adaptable.

Able to travel internationally at weekends (as required).
