A strategic role focused on streamlining sales processes, analyzing performance data, and managing CRM systems to support Vypr’s commercial growth, while improving forecasting accuracy and identifying revenue opportunities through cross-functional collaboration and data-driven insights.

The newly created Sales Operations Lead role will be crucial foe streamlining and optimising our sales processes and will be the backbone of our growing commercial team. It will also help to increase revenue by identifying bottle necks and improving our sales forecasting accuracy.
What you will do
Sales Process Management:
• Develop, implement, and optimise sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure the sales team adheres to established processes and best practices.
Sales Data Analysis:
• Collect, analyse, and report on sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track sales performance against targets.
Sales Strategy Development:
• Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the sales organisation.
CRM Management:
• Oversee the management and maintenance of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM.
Sales Forecasting:
• Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to support business planning.
• Provide regular updates on sales performance and forecast accuracy.
Training and Support:
• Provide training and support to the sales team on sales processes, tools, and best practices.
• Assist in onboarding new sales team members.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with marketing, finance, and other departments to align sales operations with overall business objectives.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales and other teams.
Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, trends, and insights to senior management.
• Maintain documentation of sales processes, policies, and procedures.
What you will be responsible for
You will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the sales operations processes to ensure the sales team operates efficiently and effectively. This role will be responsible for working with sales data, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with various departments to support the sales team’s success.
What you are good at
Proven experience in sales operations, sales management, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
