Location/work pattern 

Hybrid working pattern including regular trips to the Manchester office (full week for initial training then as required up to 4x a month)

Normal work pattern 9.00 – 5.30 Mon-Fri. Due to the nature of this role there will be some requirement for flexible working

Salary:

£50,000 – £60,000 + 20% OTE

 

Vypr’s Strategic Customer Growth Partner is a Manchester-based hybrid role focused on managing and expanding key customer accounts to drive revenue growth through the company’s product intelligence platform,

The Customer Growth Team at Vypr is dedicated to driving exceptional client success through strategic account management and innovative growth solutions. We build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, leverage insights to uncover new opportunities, and coach our team to deliver unparalleled customer experiences and drive revenue growth across diverse sectors. Things that you will do  

  • Managing your account portfolio throughout the contract life-cycle from on-boarding to renewal
  • Achieving revenue growth across accounts by embedding and expanding customer usage and identifying new use cases for Vypr
  • Creating growth opportunities within new teams as well as parent/subsidiary companies
  • Create and execute account growth plans, including P&L responsibility
  • Develop customer relationships to ensure Vypr plays a pivotal role in their insight mix and that Vypr remains Front of Mind
  • Advising customers on best practice use of Vypr and building Vypr into their research mix
  • Demonstrating to customers how they can build Vypr into their stage and gate processes and use Vypr at every stage of NPD
  • Gaining a deep understanding of your customer’s objectives and needs, and be able to demonstrate ROI on their investment in Vypr
  • Understanding Vypr competitive set, be able to compare and contrast competitor products and features with Vypr and identify how Vypr can be used in conjunction with other data sets and tools
  • Prepare and agree renewal contracts (support will be given from the Compliance Manager)
  • Delivering exceptional account management experience

What you will be responsible for 

This role contributes to our ‘Customer’ pillar within our Visions, Objectives & Strategies. This involves making Vypr ‘Easy to Love and Hard to Leave’. Deliverables include: 

  • Net Revenue Retention of 112% by renewing customers with growth and executing upselling opportunities throughout customers’ licences, including international expansion
  • Generating leads to expand Vypr within our current customers and into their parent and subsidiary businesses 
  • Moving customers to multi-year deals 
  • Creating case studies with customers 
  • Running customer Quarterly Business Reviews to demonstrate success and identifying growth opportunities 
  • NPS >50

  • Detailed understanding of Vypr platform or similar tool, consumer insights techniques / processes and FMCG / CPG / retailer industries. (Training will be provided for the Vypr platform during onboarding)
  • Excellent presenter
