Ben has founded a number of successful businesses in the UK grocery and technology industries. He started Vypr in 2013 to democratise access to accurate, insightful shopper data, so that manufacturers and retailers could make far better decisions about innovation. He genuinely believes that Vypr will soon rule the world!
Richard worked internationally for some of the world’s leading natural resources companies such as RTZ before switching careers to work as a corporate financier and deal maker with EY and then becoming a public company Finance Director and Chief Executive of GBG in 2002. During his tenure, GBG increased its market capitalisation 100 fold from £5 million to over £500 million and acquired 10 businesses across Europe, the USA and Asia. Richard is a passionate supporter and backer of North West technology businesses and took a stake in and became Chair of Vypr in September 2017.
Mark has a wealth of commercial experience and has held Sales/Commercial Director positions in a number of industries and company types, from PLCs to start-ups. He has particularly strong experience within the food industry and in commercialising technologies. As such, Mark is one of our leading FMCG experts and invests a lot of his energy into helping clients to get the most out of their Vypr licence to deliver competitive advantage.
Liam has held a number of commercial roles throughout his career within organisations ranging from start-ups to multinationals. In recent years, he has managed and worked with clients such as BBC, Coca Cola and Google; helping them to understand their customers and audiences better. Away from work, Liam enjoys spending time with his young family in the Warwickshire countryside.

Tasmin over 15 years’ experience working both for power brands and key retailers in Strategy, Category Management, Consumer Insight, Brand Marketing and Trade Marketing. I have also worked for a key industry data provider using my experience to create and deliver training to over 40 companies globally. I am never more than 50cm from a pad of post-its!
Independent Scientific Advisor
Paul Dolan is Professor of Behavioural Science at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is an internationally renowned expert on happiness, behaviour and public policy and has over 100 peer-reviewed publications. He has worked with Nobel Laureate Daniel Kahneman at Princeton University, was seconded to the UK Cabinet Office and regularly advises global corporations on Behavioural Science.
Laura has extensive experience co-ordinating teams in the digital and software development industry. She is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and enabling businesses to grow by optimising their use of digital technologies. She enjoys establishing strong working relationships and working collaboratively to achieve results.
Customer Success Manager
Nadine has vast experience in customer care and success management, having worked across a number of industry verticals in the last decade. She has an MBA in Leadership and Sustainability and is soon to start a DBA in Leadership and Project Management.
Quality Assurance Manager
Paul has been testing mobile apps since the day days of J2ME and has worked on at least 100 software projects: some good, some not so good, but all improved owing to his involvement.
He enjoys riding bikes, reading the classics, Scandinavian death metal of the early 90s and pointing out mistakes!
Gruff has worked in enterprise mobile development since completing his Masters in Computing in 2014. He will talk at great length about brewing beer and has a passing interest in Welsh Rugby.
Chris has worked as a front-end developer with a number of start-ups and established brands, including Eurostar, Expedia and Nokia. He helps to bridge the gap between design and development and has a passion for developing engaging user experiences on the web.
Robin provides expertise in statistical analysis and economic modelling, helping people with using data to explore answers to their questions. He is working with Vypr to design and develop new research tools and to provide bespoke analyses for our clients. Robin brings twelve years experience supporting a range of organisations from start-ups to government departments.
Michael has a dozen years of international experience in B2B marketing across IT, software, and manufacturing. He is focused on digital marketing to deliver lead generation and brand building goals, with an emphasis on rapid scaling.
