Vypr’s new Manchester office: Embracing growth and hybrid working
We’re excited to announce that Vypr has officially moved into a new 50-seater office in the heart of Manchester. This major milestone highlights our incredible journey over the past ten years, from our founder Ben’s kitchen table to a market leading business. Our amazing team and customers have made this possible, and we look forward to an exciting future ahead.
As a hybrid team that values both face-to-face collaboration and the benefits and flexibility of remote working, our new office is designed to accommodate this hybrid working style. This offers our colleagues the flexibility to divide their time between working remotely and in the office.
Hybrid working allows us to quickly adapt to unexpected situations, such as during the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring our business continues to run whilst still ensuring the safety of our colleagues. As many of us return to the office, our team can really benefit from enhanced collaboration, creativity, and mentoring opportunities that are more effective in person.
Our founder, Ben Davies, shared his thoughts on this significant day:

Since its start in 2013, Vypr has grown to serve over 190 clients from across the European Consumer Goods industry, using our world-class technology platform and supported by our dedicated team.
With our previous smaller office suited for a predominantly remote workforce, we’ve since more than doubled our headcount, requiring a larger space for collaboration. To ensure a seamless hybrid working experience, we’ve employed a variety of collaboration methods to cater to different personality types and contribution styles.
